When I experienced sexual feelings, I checked my focus, thoughts, and actions. If I lingered too long and lusted, I cried out to God for strength.
When I did not call on the Great eternal spirit of the Universe, I eventually ended up looking at pornography.
God created me and is compassionate and gracious; rich with love and slow to anger (Psalm 145:9, 2011, NIV).
Sexual feelings provide self-awareness to shift thoughts, if necessary.
God Is Spiritual, not Religious.
A psalm of praise, of David
1 I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever. 3 Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. 9The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love (2011). Peace Fills. Thanks, DaleHelps

Look into darkness
It won’t be long; you see light
Gaze at things; see words
Channel focus and see help
Speak gratitude; humbly free

The following verses are an adaptation of Psalm 85:10 – 12.
This morning, the Psalm helped me overcome depression.
Virtue Looks Down from Heaven
Love meets faithfulness
Righteousness kisses one’s peace
Virtue looks down from heaven
God indeed gives what is good
What if you were a plant, what would you be?
Why not flowers? They are so beautiful.
As you sink deeper and deeper into the meaning of the following poem, you may discover purpose; an escape from porn addiction.
Few days; much trouble
Flowers withering away
Like fleeting shadows
At least, trees have hope; cut down
Stump dies; scent of water; buds
Jot down the poem on scrap paper and look at it throughout the day.
Ponder the words of hope.
Job 14:1 – 14
P.S. How did the scripture in Job affect you?

As I read through all the Psalms and Proverbs of the day that I scheduled, gratitude empowered me to resist pornography.
An interesting note, when I had a strong urge to view pornography, I would read out of the Psalms or Proverbs or one of the Gospels to resist it. The cravings left me.
To this day, I know that the scriptures enveloped me with a shield reflecting total submission to porn. I had hope. God corrected me for my misdeeds; however, he guided me to freedom. I shouted for joy!
Psalm 98: 1 – 9
Marvelous new song
His Right Arm brings salvation
To God, shout for joy
The harp and new music sings
Trumpet and ram’s horn blast joy

Peace Offers a Host of High Energy Emotions.
What does pornography offer you?
Long-term emotions, what Low Energy Emotions Does pornography deluge you?
Proverbs 14:30 New International Version (NIV)
30 A heart at peace gives life to the body,
but envy rots the bones.
Peace comes to those who find recovery from addiction.
